New Mexico’s own began as a State-Private Partnership within the NM Economic Development Department in 1992 as a “Buy NM Cooperative Marketing Program” and was transitioned to our private non-profit in 1995. We expanded it to include a wholesale tradeshow, The Santa Fe Gift Market and Wholesale Market Ready Workshops. We produced seventeen shows at the Santa Fe Convention Center from 1995-2010. The current restructuring of The New Mexico’s Own Program is in motion to bring back this much needed wholesale venue to NM small and rural businesses. We welcome your input!
